Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Sandy Hoffman and I am passionate about Real Estate. My passion enables me to work with incredible Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Builders, and Developers.
I have worked extensively in the High Tech Community for many years building sales and customer support organizations for companies such as, Dell Computers, Pervasive, Tech Works, IBM, Vingette, and Hire.com. My experiences and extensive training ensure you a professional, high touch, customer centered experience. I have worked in the Real Estate market for many years first as a private investor and in recent years as a top producing agent in the Highland Lakes/Austin markets.
My speciality is working with new construction projects/developments, luxury homes and investors in both residential and commercial. I enjoy not only finding the perfect property but also ensuring that your exit strategy from your investment is a gain in equity and dollars.
My family has lived in the Austin area for over 20 years. We have owned multiple properties all over Austin and The Highland Lakes. My experience of purchasing and owning various personal residence, investment and second homes enables me to work with a wide range of clients and specialty needs. Buying and selling waterfront property can be a tricky process and I'd love to assist you in that purchase. Since I've owned property on Lake Travis, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake and the Pedernales River, I can assist you in any waterfront needs you might have.
In addition to Real Estate, I work in the community with various organizations. I have held leadership positions in some incredible community organizations,such Highland Lakes Women's Council of Real Estate, Junior League of Austin, am a founding member of Any Baby Can, PTO/PTA leadership roles in Lake Travis ISD, Coats for Kids, Cavalier Band Parent Organization, Manchesters Who's Who in Real Estate, and other community projects.
