The developer of La Ventana, Blackwolf Partners, Ltd., is a Texas Limited Partnership ("Blackwolf"). The partnership was established for the purpose of acquiring, planning and developing residential and commercial properties in a thoughtful manner in order to preserve the Hill Country characteristics of the project and surroundings. The partners' 80 years of combined experience, intense passion and commitment is evident in the creation of each unique development. The embodiment of this spirit and sense of community is evident in the experience, character and vision of the partners and in each project they create.
